Very bad experience bedsheet are dirty blanket give very bad smell tv not working properly electric switch are not working properly

Poor service, they don't even know the word customer service, I was staying in dormitory as I travel alone, the manager woke me up in the middle of night and told me to shift to their another hotel because he has taken a booking of 4 persons. Never opt for this hotel.

Avarage hotel, not so luxurious, Good for bauget and bussiness travellers. I got non ac single room in 500 rs.

The worst ever hotel I have visited in my life is samrat hotel no discipline no management very dirty room room walls are being splitted, never response on a call.
