Hotel Sai Orchid

Avoid even if free. Staff will threaten to beat you. No amenities. WiFi does not work. No parking. Horrible. The shower does not work. They get food from dhaba and give you and it taste super horrible. It takes 50 mins to 75 mins to get food. Drinking water is HOT, This ranks among the WORST stay of 45 years of travel.

Good hotel, good service, just near to old bus stand in Moradabad. Staff is really polite in behaviour, well supportive. I would recommend to all business travellers and family to this hotel

Bakwas staff and bakwas service and bakwas hotel ...not for family ...waited 30 min in bathrooom ...not even they supplying water on properly ...receptionist was rude ...atleast they must learn some manner that how to run hotel...strongly not recommended. Charged Rs 2500/- for night.

Budget hotel with few room. Don't be fooled by seeing pics on websites. But hotel staff was very well behaved and always ready to help you. Rooms were clean and good interior design of rooms. Served tasty food at affordable price. They don't have their own parking. So one has to park the car on road side under observation of security guard appointed by hotel.

I had visited this hotel for official purpose. The railway station was far from the hotel. The hotel appearance was very good. The check in and checkout was done on time. The behaviour of the staff's was friendly in the hotel. The basic amenities were provided in working condition in the room. The complimentary breakfast was provided by the hotel. The food was value for money. The variety of food was available in the hotel.

I had one accidental stay as other 'good' hotels were full. Very basic hotel but at this price bracket, probably this is the best option you could have in Moradabad. Rooms are well maintained with all the basic amenities. Nicely decorated. They are weak in day to day room cleaning, you need to ask for. Staffs are helpful though. Pros: Location, Room Size Cons: not actually a hotel but small guest house

Hot water tap is not working at all , It will take 1 hour to get lukewarm water, Staff is okay, service is not okay , Location is good but electric rixa has to come via proper city so it takes long time to reach this hotel, They are not picking up the intercom phone so you have to personally to request about any service, I have to take bath with cold water, Please before going confirm about hot water etc

No basic things like comb, bucket, paste etc. Shower was leaking. All almirahs were locked and none provided us with keys.
