HOTEL REGAL MORADABAD

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a decent experience. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service was a bit slow at times. Overall, it was an average stay, and I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a budget-friendly option. However, if you're looking for luxury or exceptional service, you might want to consider other options. *Rating:* 3/5 stars

The worst hotel which I'll avoid even if they offer their rooms at 500. One of their staff is arrogant. Asked them to change the dirty bedsheet which was clearly visible, he replied with "Aapko lag rhi hogi". And upon multiple times showing him that, he gave me the bedsheet and asked to put it over the old one. The room was dirty, AC(which was actually not cooling) control was with the owner. He kept on turning it off every 30 min.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. A homestay would be far better in terms of service, food, atmosphere, and room quality. The staff was unskilled and unprofessional, they had no idea how to accommodate guests. I've stayed in over 100 hotels, resorts, and homestays, but I have never encountered service like this. Last month, I booked a room here. They required full payment at check-in, which I agreed to as it was stated as a hotel policy. However, when I entered the room, none of the plug points worked, including the AC and TV. I went to use the washroom and found dirty walls and old, stained taps. When I complained, the staff provided an extension board as a solution, which I found laughable. They turned on the AC but informed me there was no remote. When I asked for a fan, they told me the switch was behind the bed, which was very inconvenient. Things only got worse. I ordered lemon tea and went to take a shower, only for the water to stop mid-way. After another complaint, the staff said the water tank was empty, and I had to wait 15 minutes to finish my shower. When the tea finally arrived, it didn't even have lemon! The list of issues is too long to cover here, but I would strongly advise closing this hotel if this is how it plans to operate. It won't survive in the market with this attitude

Don't even think about staying at this hotel! Seriously, the parking situation is a nightmare, you'll be circling for hours. And the staff? Let's just say they aren't winning any hospitality awards. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. Trust me, you'll be glad you did!

Rooms are good and budget friendly. Rooms have amenities like sofa, table, AC and TV. Service of the staff is quick and prompt. Parking space is less, but guards at the gate helped in parking my car. Cleanliness is well-maintained in the hotel. Washrooms need few improvements, but overall a nice stay as per the price at which rooms are being offered here.

Rooms are bad... But service is very very good and people are very kind.

It was an pathetic experience, one of my very good friend booked a room through online by paying little advance money but the moment we arrived then he absolute denied to offer the same room she booked already and tried every possible chance to offer expensive room which is absolutely unprofessional. Me and my friend both were standing outside and thinking what we should do now for about 30 minutes but The Hotel Regal staff is so unprofessional and uncourteous they didn't even ask us to offer even little Hospitality. They really need to learn the basic manners of hospitality. 0/10

In this hotel they just want to take advantage from a foreigner, the staff has no idea how to be welcoming and deal nicely with the guests. I had booked a room through the official website, I also had paid a little amount and got confirmation. Once I arrived at the hotel, I had been told I could not stay in the room I booked (because I was a foreigner!) and they suggested me to stay in an other room that costed twice the price. Thanks god I was with a friend from Moradabad and he helped me to find an other accomodation.
