Hotel Galaxy

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The room was shockingly small, barely accommodating basic needs, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed to have little understanding of the hotel's policies, often giving incorrect information. What was even more frustrating was that despite booking an air-conditioned room, the management would cut off the AC to save power, leaving the room unbearably warm. This showed a clear disregard for guest comfort, prioritizing cost-saving over a pleasant stay. The management's poor decisions and lack of proper training for their staff only added to the dissatisfaction. Communication was unclear, and any concerns raised were met with indifference. It's evident that guest satisfaction is not a priority here, and the overall experience was one of the worst I've had at any hotel.

Very bad service, Not cleaning, Bad rooms, and Very Very Very bad Reception Person. Always ready to Fight, Worst behaviour ever seen in Hotel line. I don't recommend anyone to stay there.

It has single room beds at 650 rupees per day. It is very close to Moradabad Railway Station. Good for bachelors and single person. A.C. for summer and hot water in winter is available. TV is also available in every room. Rooms are Very Small though just for purpose of sleeping for 1-2 nights.

It was wonderful experience.... The staff is cooperative. Everything is good but just room is small. But it's manageable. It's only for single person. Hotel location is exactly in market.

My booking was for 3 days, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan they told me to checkout a day before as the entire hotel will be closed, which was very unprofessional to ask me leave the hotel a day before. Which i denied and then they shifted me to another hotel by waking me up early in the morning (06:00AM). * Pathetic Service * Unprofessional Behaviour

Reviewing on 9may 2022 Hotel is perfect for single person, don't know about couples, but do chek by asking them over call. # hotel location is just 2 min walking distance from moradabad railway station # rooms are super. Clean and so as their washroom #all veg and non veg dhabas are nearby, 80rs veg thali and 130rs special thali, i would recommend 80rs veg thali # chai lovers, perfect stall is near to the balaji temple on the main road, and ask him to add moderate sugar, as locals love sugary tea #for hard drink lovers your fav shop is also nearby (2mins walking distance, just search on google maps) #perfect location for those coming for TCS ion exam centre at MIT campus, you will find tempo. No 1, directly from main road And he will charge 20rs Till madhubani, from mandhubani 10rs e- rickshaw.. Appx time from hotel to exam. Centre is 45mins( maximum) if you don't find this hotel on oyo, then chek on goibibo and make my trip, as i got this hotels ac room under 600 INR.form giobibo

Third class staff and 0 zero service, no proper water supply in toilets, shower not working no bobody available to solve problems. Never book again
