The hotel service was terrible... Bad rooms.. very old look rooms.. rooms locks in broken condition.. no basic amenities like bathroom towels, heaters etc and if u ask for it u get rood behaviour...

Terrible Experience at Hotel Drive Inn, Moradabad||I recently had the worst experience at Hotel Drive Inn, Moradabad, during a business trip. The attendant, Amit at reception , was completely unprofessional and had no idea how to handle corporate clients. Check-in was slow and frustrating, and I didn't feel welcomed or valued as a guest.||The room I was given was even worse. The furniture was damaged, and there was an unbearable smell in the room, making it impossible to relax. The entire space felt dirty and poorly maintained. For a hotel that advertises itself as business-friendly, this was a huge disappointment. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially for business travel.

The food was delicious and very tasty and the serving was really very good with hospitality and very humble

A BIG NO FOR THIS PLACE. Fake and paid reviews Nothing more than Scammers. Don't go by the photos they have uploaded. Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. Such a dirty place. There were small cockroachs every where. In our room, on the bed, in washroom. No proper lighting. They charged us 3300 for a night included breakfast and dinner. For dinner they have fixed veg thali, you don't have option to choose and in breakfast they gave upma, aalo Paratha and aalloo pakora. That's it, only three items. Upon asking to give something else and will be paying for that, they said they don't have a chef present. Had a discussion about the price before hand and they girl named ishika loudly said that a total of 2800 is to be paid and upon checkout they completed denied and asked us to pay 3300. Cherry on the cake, when we provided our feedback about the quality of the room, instead of taking it supportingly the person was so rude and started Mis-behaving. If you want to experience any of the above you are welcome to stay here.

Rooms are very good and adequate for family ... Good place to celebrate our events ....food is apt ...but the room service and housekeeping is at times pathetic ...the basic amenities are not being provided even if you ask for

This place was so nice I will tell you to go this place again.

Stayed here couple of times by book through my work, the rooms are decent size but some of the rooms have very bad smell in them (the ones which are back side and not facing towards the main road). Breakfast buffet is okay with 2-3 options but waiters will simply ignore your request for omelet/fried eggs/ butter toast. They'll neither say yes nor no!
