If you book online, check all the necessary details beforehand else they will ask for extra money. Food service was quite good as it felt homely. Room was good after re-shifting, and the surroundings was nice as it is located at outskirts of the city so you will be away from all the honkings and hustl-bustle. And you might get your security frisking by a over-friendly dog, just throw something she'll bring it back to you

Rooms are cosy. Service is poor. For us it was convenient as we only wanted a night stay near the highway. Food - look out for swiggy etc if you want to order. Location is inside a society so do not expect shops around

If you're looking for a horror movie experience without the popcorn, look no further! Our stay at this hotel was like being cast in a low-budget slasher flick - minus the entertainment value. From the poor Lenin that felt like sandpaper to the aroma in the rooms that could wake the dead, it was a sensory overload. The AC decided to take a vacation of its own, leaving us feeling like we were roasting marshmallows in a sauna. And oh, the caretaker - a true star of the night! Rather than fixing anything, he preferred to play a game of silent phone tag, conveniently tucked into his bed when we needed help. In hindsight, we should've just pitched a tent and called it an adventure. Save yourself the trouble and drive straight to your destination - unless you're in the mood for a horror-themed pit stop!

Very far off from main city. Poor maintaince.

I had stayed there and found the property very attractive as rooms are well appointed and has all modern amenities. Hotel is situated near to Holiday inn and easy to access and surrounded by lush greenery. Food was so delicious, staff were well mannered. They also have a roof top seating area where one can have their meal while enjoying 360deg view of lush greenery. Will suggest to anyone who is planning to stay in Moradabad for official or personal.

Recently stayed at Asapian House Moradabad for a Night, This is a friendly hotel with excellent service. They provide great value for money. Staffs are always eager to help & very prompt. It's a well maintained property in the heart of the city with all the modern amenities and services. They have plenty of food options in room service and the delivery is also quick. I really enjoyed my last stay there and would love to come back again soon.

Rooms are clean and good with good room service. You get a queen size bed with TV, AC and a water heater in the room. Bathroom is clean and has everything including geyser, body wash, moisturizer, hand wash. They have room options with balcony and the view is good from the balcony. This place is away from the main city. So if you want to access the city and have to come to Moradabad for sight seeing and you dont have a personal vehicle, I wont recommend staying here. But if you like to live away from the city in a peaceful place then this place is for you. The food here is slightly higher priced.

The rooms are best in the budget and have a premium look. Room service is also up-to the mark. The rooftop view encloses a green surrounding where peace can be felt. The only concern is location(in-particular connectivity) as it is remote and approximately 1 km away from the main road where you can get transport. There is no public transport in between this 1 km by which you can reach to the main road. It would be more convenient if the management can keep a vehicle 24*7 reserved for people who are staying there to drop them to the main road otherwise it would be a big concern for people staying there.||Food is of average quality and can be improved.||Overall it was a nice experience staying here. And hope the problem mentioned will be fixed.
