Holiday Regency

It is a Five Star hotel but didn't found like that level. It was beautiful when you entered but later didn't find that class in room or in Services.

All r good, But the front desk manager behaviour was arrogent and disrespect full. He treated us bad...he should learn how to talk to customers.... He was unprofessional, and bad in talk....

Hotel is Fantastic, Nice ambience, Rooms are very good, Staff is very helpful, Break fast was excellent, my family enjoyed a lot Special thanks to Mr. Patel The General Manager so happy who makes my stay comfortable and Memorable . Pool facilities and Dining Services were excellent. R lounge The Asian cuisine is superb staff is very professional and Humble.. Housekeeping staff was very helpful throughout the Stay... Mr. Devendra & Mr. Santu. we tried India food at cooffe Shop Chef Nadeem (You must Meet)have many Verity to present. We went for couple Spa as well, It was a great relaxing journey.. I am very thankful of Mr. Patel for wonderful experience will visit soon. Experience was excellent. Worth to visit

Only 5 star in Moradabad , Very good ambience & enterence

Lavish rooms, good location (on the Highway itself), spacious and comfortable, nice swimming pool, good food, courteous staff, ample parking space, nice ambience, good Wi-Fi, secured, lush green gardens, lift isn't very reliable. quick check-in & check-out.

Worst experience Pls don't choose this hotel In bathroom, Pot is full of water overflow Food is tasteless Excess charges they applied on food billing. Dhaba style chapati.... Rating like 2 star not 5 star. Request to everyone, pls choose another hotel to stay and food

Overall a very gloomy looking hotel.Plethora of fake flowers in the lobby.
