Hotel O Kashvi Hotel

Our worst hotel experience ever in India, or anywhere else in the world. We are lifelong global travellers, so please take our experience and advice seriously. We are on a 7 day tour of several pilgrimage places in North India (UP and MP). We made our booking from Make My Trip and received a good discount so booked this so called OYO hotel with 2 AC rooms . We arrived at 9:30pm, and there were no lights outside (power outage) and one light on in reception. The guy at the desk was drunk (enibriated), had no clue about our booking, did not help with luggage, etc. After confirming the booking with his boss on the phone, he showed us 1st of two rooms. It had not been cleaned and washroom was wet and dirty. And no AC because of the outage (no backup generator). He took us to another two rooms, same horrible state . He drunk guy clearly had no answers to my utter disappointment. So we declined to stay there, and spoke to the boss on the phone. It was late night, dark and we were very tired, but there is no way anyone would stay there even for free. We drove to another town and managed to find a hotel late into the night I complained to Make My Trip, they say ' we will need to verify with the owners ' A joke of a process . My advice to you: Please don't ever stay here if with the lowest of expectations. Even if it is free, value your safety and basic cleanliness standards. Sleep in your car, but avoid this joke of a hotel. Shame on OYO and Make My Trip for association with this place.

I recently had a horrendous experience at this property in Naimisharanya. First off, the Oyo manager refused to provide clear directions despite repeated calls and the Reservation ID, leaving my family and me wandering around trying to find the place. When we finally arrived, a wedding was going on, and we were given a completely different room from what was shown online. The staff didn't even acknowledge the discrepancy. The room itself was dreadful--filled with a terrible smell, mosquitoes everywhere, and the bathroom was missing a proper door, offering zero privacy. Moreover, none of the amenities promised (like TV, Wi-Fi, or even basic housekeeping) were available. We ended up sleeping with masks on just to cope with the foul odor. When we asked to switch rooms, the alternative was somehow even worse: the AC and TV didn't work, the bathroom felt like a sewage pit, and it wasn't cleaned despite multiple requests. Adding to the sense of insecurity, the doors were so flimsy they could be pushed open even when locked. In short, this place is neither safe nor comfortable--definitely not suitable for families. It was one of the worst stays I have ever endured. Avoid at all costs!

Very good place for visit , staff is good and very helpful , services are very good ,rooms are fresh all equipments works very good ,pls visit this hotel ,I love this place ,absolutely good for visitors

It is very nice hotel and it's staff are very fabulous, surrounding area is very amazing. pls go and enjoy it's features
