It is a great option for organizing private parties in Vindhyachal. The food is tasty, the ambience is good and the DJ on the dance floor is mind blowing. For a small town, this is as good as you can expect, and more.

Rahul was our server and his recommendationa exceptionally good. His service was prompt. We came for dinner and had a great time.

They're the best in that price range, great staff, clean rooms, but the food's is pricey.

Definitely not worth the price, dull servicing, didn't respond the way they should have when we needed help with the cleaning of the bathroom. Food was okayish. Had expected better though. Would rather like to try another hotel the next time I'm in Mirzapur.

Amazing stay. Rooms are amazing with ample space and clean. I was worried regarding the hotel and related amenities but it's beyond expectations. Anyone who is planning to visit Mata k Darbar, please can choose this awesome place for staying. Just one km away from the mandir as well.

From mismanagement in booking to their inability to deliver what was promised, every aspect of their service was frustrating and unprofessional. Booking Chaos & False Commitments When I first inquired about the venue, the management assured me of a smooth experience, including a well-maintained lawn, proper seating arrangements, catering, and timely service. However, as the event date approached, I started noticing inconsistencies in their communication. Despite repeated confirmations, my booking details were either missing or incorrectly recorded when I visited to verify. On the day of the event, I was shocked to find that the lawn was double-booked, and another group was already setting up. The hotel staff was completely clueless, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, they kept giving me excuses and passing the blame around. After wasting hours arguing, they hastily shifted my event to a smaller, less appealing area, which was NOT what I had paid for! Pathetic Service & Unprepared Staff Even after the venue debacle, I tried to remain patient, but things kept getting worse. Here's what I faced: No proper lighting & decor - The decorations I had paid for were either missing or half-done, making the whole setup look unprofessional. Management's Unprofessional Attitude Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel staff kept making excuses. The manager was unavailable most of the time, and when he did show up, he was rude and dismissive. There was no sense of accountability, and instead of offering a proper solution, they just asked me to "adjust" to the situation. Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs! If you're planning an event or even a stay at [Hotel Name], think twice! Their unreliable booking system, mismanagement, and poor service can completely ruin your special occasion. They are quick to take your money but fail to deliver what they promise. Do yourself a favor and look for a more professional venue. I wish I had! Rating: 1/5 (Only because 0 is not an option!)

Food is bad quality with no choices in breakfast. No one cm to clean room in 3 night's stay. Staff is not trained properly. Maneger behaviour is good but may be he have some limitations. Location is good.
