It was a awesome experience. Management was very polite and all other staff were very good with service. I liked the place. Very clean and tidy.

The service and hospitality is very poor... The manager on the ground floor is very rude.. They are good for nothing... They use to insult the guests. Don't eber try to go there...

The staff specially the manager is very rude ... They insult the guests as if they are distributing the food free of cost... The service is very slow... They are not worth of anything.... They are very bad..... Specially the man sitting on the ground floor desk in day time ...

Want to know meaning of worst.. Visit here it's, all i can say Save your time ,save your money DO NOT I repeat DO NOT visit this place

Although taste of food is like 4/10 and average and service has got worse after I visited it again

The food of the Restrnt is quite good .I ordered paneer chilli and fried rice.I liked the fried rice but there was lot of ginger in the paneer chilli that I was not liking .We also had pizza roll bt I think it was not fresh..The price is affordable.I would like to rate 7/10. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The rooms stink and despite using room fresheners they aren't of any help. Their appliances in the rooms ( majority of them) didn't work like TV, geasers. There were two mice in our room, which we discovered when we went to sleep and one of them bit me behind the ears. When we complained THEY WERE NOT BELIEVING IT and while changing the room they made us feel as if we are doing a drama. The food in the restaurants sucks. Despite telling them that I am allergic to the food they added so many raw green chillies in the food. It's a definitely NOT A GOOD CHOICE TO BOOK. I am REGRETTING MY DECISON AND HAD A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.

Although the restaurant had a nice ambience, the quality of food is certainly something that needs major rework. The service is slow, with awkwardly behaving staff that waits on your tables, as well as overall hospitality experience. The interiors are nice with a really good look and feel, but a restaurant's main focus should be good food, and not just looks. Overall, I am not looking forward to visit any time soon.
