The property is aesthetically beautifully decorated. The taste of the owner is reflected in interiors and decoration, but old. There was an in-house restaurant. But front desk people are reluctant to serve food when you reach dinner time. Rather they recommend going outside nearby eateries. However, the breakfast was nice, although served after an hour of order. Staff strength is low.

I had an amazing experience with my team at this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and amenities were all top-notch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We dined at the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious food. We felt lucky to have had the chance to stay here, and the memories will stay with us forever. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a true 5-star experience!"

Comfort the room was well equipped and the room was large and comfortable.The staff was friendly and helpful the reception staff were fast and obliging Location The hotel was conveniently located and The hotel was near the Temple. Owner response and behaviour is too good,friendly and helpful. Hotel view is like a heritage and royal. Overall is ousulm. I am very thankful to owner staff and the services .

These people are fraud never ever book from their website... we went to the hotel we booked 3 rooms the receptionist was so rude and wasn't even communicating properly! We had booked 3 rooms paid too from their website,He admitted that yes website is theirs but they are not getting ....the payment , can you belive it?? How they are scamming people and they have audacity to argue and ask us to leave. We will be a raising cyber complaint soon! Update: Google? Sir the booking was through your website.... not google, By your comment i understand you sound educated.... but i highly doubt your professionalism and i have to file a complaint as this seems like a scam, as website is yours and you are behaving rude with customers asking them to just leave without even listening! This has to stop and you need to give an answer!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the room was comfortable and clean, the food was a major letdown. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was subpar, and to make matters worse, it was overpriced. As a guest, one expects at least decent food, but sadly, this hotel fell short in that department. I hope the management takes steps to improve the culinary experience for future guests.

The heritage is beautifully designed and has a friendly staff. The food is good. Some of the paintings and carpets have been designed by the owners themselves.|The maintenance of property can be improved. Overall a must try and a nice experience at Mirzapur.
