Hotel Gen X Mirzapur

It's a beautiful hotel. We reached there a bit late (around 9). The interaction with the staff was good. Here I am talking about both staff at reception as well as staff in the restaurant. Food served was yummilicious. The room was clean and spacious. The washroom too was clean. All basic things were available in the room. Overall room was good. Ample parking space is available. I totally enjoyed our stay here.

Hospitality A1, staff as always welcoming, approachable and helpful; food was really great and met our expectation. Huge shout out to Mr.Om Prakash who was exceptionally kind and assisted us with our transit from mirzapur to Varanasi. The rooms were clean, tidy and got it before the check-in time. This is my 4th visit and I would love to continue many more times. Another person, Sanjay Kumar Yadav, impressive and beautiful human - great customer service!!

Service are very bad call room service many times but not received service even water and towels not available don't go for stay

It is in the heart of the city Staff are good, only 4 kilometres from vindyachal mata ji ka mandir.

Good place to host seminars and marriages also. Good atmosphere.
