Review of Hotel Stay @ The Retreat: 1. **Room and Lift Quality:** - The rooms and lifts were in good condition, making for a comfortable environment in these areas. 2. **Accessibility Challenges:** - Approaching the hotel is challenging due to blocked roads during the Kumbh period, as it is located on Vidhyanchal main road. 3. **Power and Electrical Issues:** - There were frequent power cuts, and while the generator was in use, none of the plugs worked, preventing phone charging and other essential electrical needs. 4. **Hospitality Concerns:** - Basic hospitality was lacking as we experienced disruptions. For instance, we received dinner at 10 PM but were disturbed at 11 PM to settle the bill immediately, affecting our rest. 5. **Driver Accommodation:** - There was no separate accommodation for drivers, posing a challenge for guests traveling with their own cars and drivers. 6. **Water Supply:** - On the morning of checkout, the water supply was disrupted, which hindered our ability to freshen up before leaving. 7. **Overall Experience:** - Despite spending a significant amount of money, the experience was disappointing. Specific issues included being provided only two blankets for three guests, despite paying for accommodations for three. **Recommendation:** Stay only if you must

Hello, I was in Mirzapur to attend a friend's wedding. The wedding was held there and all the close family and friends had rooms booked there. Now since I just stayed for the night and the room was booked by my friend,hence I'll limit my review to the location,ambiance and other aspects like service. The property is located on the outskirts of the city, but the location next to the Vindhyachal Temple makes its location good if you want to go for darshan. It is preferable to go for darshan in the early morning ,less crowds and good weather. The rooms are spacious,well maintained and have all toiletries i.e. soap,shampoo etc supplied. The staff are cooperative and provide good service. The place is best if you want to organise wedding etc.

Being the one of its kind in the city, it provides with all the facilities you can expect with a banquet hall. It can accommodate upto 1000 people very easily and the rooms are also equipped with modern amenities. Worth the cost. Looking forward to organize a function here sooner than later.

Excellent place to stay... The best in the area... Staff members are also great... Every facility is provided as would be required and if anything is missing, you can ask the staff members... Cleanliness is very good... Plenty of space outside on the grounds... Rooms are very spacious and decent...

Staff were all good and very helpful. Food was amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very good hotel with a big lawn and beautiful hall in it. Highly recommend to the people who are looking for a function and gathering..

The retreat is an nice hotel by watching it from outside but I found myself to be in lie when i went through a room. First of all there was no room service,Secondly the door were loose to as when i tried to close it i found it hard to close it at once. At last i found that there was no security as anyone was able to go to third floor through lift which was under construction with no boundaries. After all i found it an average hotel according to big cities buy it was the best hotel in that area near by.

Nice affordable and clean hotel (also a marriage hall) - staff was supportive. Nearly 800 meters away from Vindhyavasini Devi Mandir. You can find a tea stall adjacent to the entrance gate, though some butcher shops in front were not very eye pleasing.

Retreat need many things to improve. Cleaning of rooms n bathroom needs to improve. Guests r not attending properly. Kitchen is not available although it's a big hotel. Retreat is otherwise beautiful, rooms are big containing good furniture. Needs some more furniture according to its standard.
