The Conway

As a foreign traveller, I noted this hotel is not in a tourist spot, the surrounding area seemed unclean and unhygienic. The hotel itself had not been kept very well. My room was dirty, dingy and tatty, my bedding also had black marks all over it - I requested this be changed immediately. The kettle was broken and the electrics in the room seemed faulty. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive, and the food was very tasty. However the restaurant itself was dirty, food stains on the chairs and crumbs of left over food all over the tables and seating. It's a shame that with nice staff and good food, it's the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance by hotel management that lets it down.

Dheeraj and Nikhil served us. The outstanding service by the staff. Super quick and helpful. I came with my family and order the buffet, even they served us in the table in a flash whatever we asked for. Very good experience so far.

I have experienced the best services offered by Mr. Dheeraj and his team ashish and mohit. Dheeraj had been at service all the time when we asked for it. And also very quick. We are happy to have his amicable behaviour. Thanks

We had been attended by Mr Dheeraj Kumar and chef Bittu at their restaurant. We are delighted by their mannerisms and hospitality.Special mention to their soya chaap it was delicious.

The rating appears to be bought and fake. Rooms are good, probably the reason being that earlier it was under Radisson umbrella. But maintenance is poor now. The room service is pathetic and it takes at least half an hour to get a cup of tea that too after reminding. The staff is very less and not trained right from front desk, housekeeping or others. The food is pretty ordinary and nothing is worth mentioning. The breakfast is repetitive (may be leftovers) and in case you stay for more than a day you get the same dishes except one odd new dish. You won't find stewards & waiters in restaurant and by luck if you catch someone then also he/she will vanish after taking order Not even worth a 3 star property at 5 star rates. We also want to appreciate the efforts of each and every housekeeping staff member and every single person from the restaurant team. Their warmth, courtesy, and prompt service were noticed and appreciated by every guest. Rooms were spotless, services were timely, and not once did we have to follow up or remind anyone--they were always a step ahead. The food was exceptional--from breakfast spreads to elaborate wedding feasts, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant team made sure every meal felt special, and guests were not only well-fed but genuinely pampered. The venue itself was immaculate, the decor arrangements were handled beautifully, and the entire ambiance made for a dream-like celebration. But what truly makes Conway stand out is the human touch--their team didn't treat us like clients, they treated us like family. Thank you, Conway Hotel, for making my sister's wedding not just an event, but a cherished memory for life. Your dedication, warmth, and tireless efforts made it truly superb in every way. I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone who wants a perfect blend of elegance, warmth, and top-class service. We'll forever be grateful.
