OYO Hotel Madhur Regency

Rooms were not allotted as the owner wants to cancel the room in oyo app and amount was increased from 1190 to 2500. Three staff were around me while speaking this on reception at night 11.00 pm.

Worst stay ever. Rooms - obviously unfinished, washroom was dirty with bird poo on the flush - and later there was a hole located instead of exhaust - from where pigeons were checking in themselves. This wasn't even the worst, they post cheap rate online, get bookings - and when you reach the place - they charge you extra saying that NO we don't sell at this price - after which you won't even be given any receipt.

This hotel lures customers by showing low prices on the website and apps, and charges triple the price at the time of check-in. Their behaviour is very bad. Go to sleep on the road but don't take this hotel. It is totally uncomfortable. worst experience ever.

The experience at Hotel Madhur Regency in Meerut was not only disappointing due to the staff's unprofessionalism but also distressing due to the hotel's poor hygiene and maintenance. Upon arrival, despite having a confirmed booking through OYO with payment completed, an additional payment was demanded, and access to the room was unjustly denied by the staff, who displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. The condition of the hotel itself was appalling. The premises were plagued by a pervasive bad odour, and the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The presence of rats and the state of disrepair, including old and poorly maintained furniture, further contributed to an extremely unhygienic and unpleasant environment. This unfortunate incident occurred at an inconvenient time, around 12:30 AM, leaving one stranded without accommodation. The lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional conduct of the hotel staff are serious concerns that potential guests should be aware of. Such conditions are unacceptable in the hospitality industry and reflect poorly on the hotel's management and operational standards. Potential guests are advised to exercise caution and consider these severe issues when making a booking decision.

Rooms are quiet dirty, lot of dirt and hair in the floor from previous visitors. The bathroom looks quiet bad and to have a shower is not a pleasant thing to do, very low pressure of water and lots of grey spots in the bathroom. The staff does not seem to care much when I ask them to clean the room. Don't come to this hotel unless you want to be in dirt

One of the pathetic hotel of meerut. Oyo offers this hotel at 990 to me which is legimate for the kind of stinky rooms they have but the dumb manager of this hotel demanded rs. 2500. These illiterates think they are running some 5 star hotel in meerut... Soon i booked another hotel from Goibibo in abu lane which was far better than these pieces of craps

Worst experience with the hotel. I booked the room and paid advance. But as I reached to hotel he said that he is not able to see my booking details and said that the oyo is doing his fake job these days. I booked that on Rs. 430 including offers. But he neglected it and told me the room price is starting from Rs. 1600. And ask to pay more. I didn't expect it from OYO. I will neither recommend the hotel "Madhur Regency Meerut" neither OYO to book room.

He's asking extra money... nd worst behaviour all the time manager's angry ... he said we don't need customers... he's using bad language...
