The staff bluntly lies to you! I had booked 5 rooms in this hotel for some outstation guests for my sister's wedding. The reception guy told me that there are geysers in all rooms and there is no problem of hot water. When my guests checked in, they found out that only in one room, the geyser was there and in other 4, there was no geyser only. Moreover, they did not even provide any means of hot water. Blankets also were only kept when you get angry and complain. They don't provide basic amenities themselves. The reception guy is also very rude and doesn't have basic hospitality sense while talking to customers. Think twice before you book this hotel.
