Fully Disappointed. The Room Service is very very bad. Hotel working Staff are not doing their duties properly. Professional and family should not stay here. Rooms are not clean whereas I have daily informed about the cleaning my room but they did not clean. Pillow and towel were very dirty and smelled. I think the rooms are used by local copules on hourly basis and spotted dirty clothes are given to others customer for use. A Jug of dringking Water, glass and soap, hand Wash are not provided by the hotel. The Hotel staff have rude behaved in all time as well as hotel reseftioniest staff. Phone was dead and no list of Mess Menu were provided

Clearly this hotel has not been used that much. Staff is not friendly, rooms were small and dingy, sheets were smelling and don't even get me started on the cleanliness. I had to make a stay for the night because it was the closest option to the wedding I was attending but I couldn't even make it through the night and leave in between because I got so much annoyed of the unpleasant smell. The price for the place is definitely not justified. Although, the reception desk was quite prompt.

Did not had a good experience in hotel awesome. Room service is terrible. The bathrooms are stinking horribly and the drainage is also not proper. The flush in the toilet was not working and I had complain constantly many times till my room was changed. The services were not at all up to mark. I hope in future they improve their quality of services. The staff though had a good way of talking. They understand their mistakes and try to improve them.

I travelled to Merrut for a quick relax and unwind. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and met our needs. we did the shopping and dining planned. When we returned to the motel we sat on the large patio and just relaxed a while before turning in for the night. We slept well. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a very good buffet.

This hotel has country charm and is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast has expanded since the last time we were here: there is a custom omlet station that is efficient and tasty! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The grounds are neat and tidy. Prices are reasonable, and the hotel is close to a lot of things to do.

Worst Hotel I have ever been to. Check why; 1.Staff doesn't change the bed sheets, even on request. 2.Stinky washrooms. 3.Water gets logged while you bath. 4.AC stops working intermittently. 5. Lift doesn't work. 6. No staff to help you with your baggages. 7. Staff and even the owner takes no responsibility of problems been faced by customers. 8. Owner has no sense as to how to speak to its customers - his attutude is absolutely rude and kind of battameez. A BIG no to this Hotel !!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. No water, no proper electricity, fungus-laden refrigerator, dirty bedsheets, there is no key for the rooms to lock from outside. I was convinced that your luggage will be safe even if you don't lock your room, I didn't keep my luggage there still just to be safe. After 2 hours, that room was given to someone else without my knowledge. WTF.... Staff were high level incompetent A-holes. One night in that hotel made me and my friends shudder. Do not select this hotel to stay for your business/work trips. I repeat DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Great Hotel! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I would recommend this to any of my friends or family. Hotel is large but it has a quiet feel. The rocking chairs outside by the fire are very comfortable and relaxing. It's great sitting by the fire at night and meeting other visitors. The breakfast buffet is delicious.
