Olivia Hotel

Diappointed! We booked Olivia banquet for a family gathering. The food menu was finalised that also included chaat. Chaat was arranged externally. However, hygiene and other necessary precautions were not taken care of or ensured by Olivia organisers. All the family members, who consumed paani- puri fell sick immediately from the very next day suffering from loose motion and vomiting. It's food poisoning! When the manager was informed of this debacle, he said that he will look into it. We haven't received any response or information about any action taken. Very unprofessional behaviour!

Oliva Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, combining comfort, cleanliness, and courteous service. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities for a relaxing stay.

Inconsistent quality of food and not good service and ambience. The food was mediocre but was priced high. Will not recommend.

We had ordered malai kofta and it was extremely sweet, we weren't even willing to have sweet dish after tasting it. Horrible taste because it was very very sweet

Despite the high-end inclination of the establishment, I found it disheartening that they served their delectable offerings on ordinary disposable plates. It's undeniable that good tableware adds to the dining experience, and this aspect was lacking. Additionally, the croissant I ordered fell short of expectations; it lacked the proper texture and flavor, leaving me somewhat dissatisfied. Service and management also require attention. I encountered issues such as the absence of hand-washing bowls and cutlery missing from the table. These details may seem minor, but they contribute significantly to the overall dining experience. Furthermore, I must address the pricing. While the quality of the food justifies a certain level of expense, I found the prices here notably higher compared to similar establishments in Meerut. For those sensitive to pricing, it may be worth exploring other dining options. In summary, Olivia Bakers offers a decent dining experience with good food quality and a pleasant ambiance. However, there's room for improvement in various aspects, particularly regarding service, management, and pricing.
