*Disappointing Experience: Poor Service and Unhygienic Conditions* I would not recommend this property to anyone. Despite having old but decent rooms, the management fails to provide basic services. The most concerning aspect is the lack of attention to hygiene. Bed sheets, blanket covers, and towels are not changed daily, which is unacceptable. The overall experience was subpar, and I would advise others to explore alternative options that prioritize cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food. I wouldn't recommend it for food.

Recently the owner has changed.the place is bland.no vibe no crowd no interior nothing .the place lost its charm

Sub standard rooms, stink badly, rooms not maintained.. not sure if renovation is needed then why these rooms are given to guests.. plugs coming out from wall, bathroom counters are broken... List is endless till my utmost frustration. Do not step.out of balcony door, the balcony does not have any railing. Recommendation is to not book in bulk .. choose the rooms wisely.. my experience has been worst as they did not have any replacement to broken mattress as springs were coming out .. !!!

Worst .. just like a local road side dhaba

Staff was highly unprofessional and they don't know how to take care of the guest. It was my wedding and they asked our guest to pay despite making advance payment. They were very rude and no person should book them if they want their guest to be treated well. We paid for room service and everything but they denied that they can't serve in the room. It was a pathetic experience and we would never advise anyone to book this property. Me being as groom I was concerned with hotel staff behavior. My entire family was there and they treated us like we didn't matter. IF you want a hassle free wedding then please don't book. I was pitying myself. Moreover, rooms were stinking and they didn't even bother to check the rooms before handing over the keys and when we complained they said we are not bothered. After abusing them a bit, they somehow changed the room. It was very bad service and won't advise anyone if you want good wedding memory.
