Pros: 1) It's very near to the highway so it's easy to get out of the city. 2) The room was clean and spacious. 3) The washroom was also clean. 4) The AC was cooling very well (we stayed there in June when the temperature was around 46degC) 5) They take payment via UPI too. 6) Reception boy is soft spoken and listens to what you say. Cons: 1) The very first negative point of this place is the receptionist girl named Payal, she is the exact opposite of what a soft spoken person is. I understand that there are rules and regulations of any hotel but it also depends on the service staff that how politely they convey their policies to the customer so that they can act accordingly. She had an angry tone ( God knows why) towards us and had a habit of intervening through her comments whenever she got the chances like- forcing to take the bike outside the building in the early morning (although there was no urgency), nagging for payment every time(when our vehicle was parked in hotel's premesis then there was no possibility of running away without doing the payment ), pushing to empty room just after 1 minute of check out time by stating time is over (after paying 3200-3400 for 2 days), etc. 2) When you book this property online they show availability of parking but the parking space is open for cars and for bikes they let you park inside the plaza after requesting (the receptionist girl thinks that this is a favour done ) 3) Again online booking point (this may vary for other customers) , when we booked the room online it was showing an AC room but when we reached the property the staff told us that it was a non AC room (maybe it was a booking app fault or something else), it was extreme Summers (46degC) so we had no option and to take an AC room for increased price. 4) They don't have an inhouse kitchen (although they do mention that they have a restaurant on the terrace but that usually opens in the evening), so when you order the food or tea that is being charged extra considering the delivery charges. Conclusion- It's up to you whether you choose this place or not, from my end if you have only a day of work in Meerut then this place is suitable for quick in and out.

I will suggest never ever book this hotel. They costs 2000-2500 per room and don't even provide a water bottle. Staff is so rude that they continuously ask for money in the morning 7-8 o'clock.

As a road traveler I look for hotels close to highway. This property is situated on the 2nd floor in a mall type structure. Rooms are huge and loved it. They have a restaurant also on the top which is really good. Breakfast time was told to be 9 am but in the morning there were some issues about it and delays happened. Rooms can be more cleaner with some basic facilities like tea cattle and toiletries. Lift broke and had to take lots of luggage 2 floors down which was not a good experience. Overall the hotel is good. Just needs some time management and more focus to improve.

Please never make a stay there, there are multiple other options available near the city. I'm writing this review during the situation where I'm stuck right now. It's literally 2 o'clock of night and I need some medicine from outside now the whole building is locked from outside and even after calling several times no one is picking call at the hotel. Now the I'll me sitting nearby the gate and asking for the help to open it. It's very first time I'm experiencing this ridiculous situation of any hotel. Now I'm gonna call emergency.

The hotel management staff is very bad the service is not good their hotel's restaurant is closed the TV remote don't work the room and bathroom are dirty the lift is broken and much more....
