Hotel Samrat Heavens

The service was extremely disappointing, with staff that seemed indifferent and inattentive. The food left much to be desired, lacking flavor and freshness, which made for a rather unpleasant dining experience. To top it off, the restrooms were in a shocking state--unhygienic and emitting a foul odor that made them hard to endure.

Very tired room service, bedsheet and quilt are not even clean. Hair usually you find on bed at check in time. Even they don't provide clean towels. Breakfast they provide same allo puri in whole year every day feeling boaring if you stay 2 days and they don't change even after complain. Service quality is very bad.

Such a incompetent staff, Shameless, Guards are not trained to the comfort of guests. First they send the cars to remote parking without dropping Luggage and the luggage not carried by hotel staff despite several requests by us at the reception. Neither soap in the soap dispenser nor any soap bar present. Commode was leaking. Intercom not working.

Stayed here for 4-5 days . Staff is very a co-operative. Although the service was good but there's still room for improvement. Highly recommended for people travelling solo or with family.

Visited their bar and restaurant. Place was decent with retro vibe. Overall average place.

One of the worst hotel in my life, so pathetic. Their rooms are stinky and photos attached will tell you the complete story. This hotel name must be HOTEL SAMRAT HELL instead of HOTEL SAMRAT HEAVEN. Do not even think to stay here you'll fall sick.

Hi, Booked samrat heavens for the third time for engagement function got the worse service of all the time. Got class 3 facilities on highest charges like check napkins , pav bhaji pic without even a single paneer chopped and unable to eat naan when attended the function. 1)Food served was lo quality, drinks not even served as promised 2) very poor management, snacks not even served (paneer fingers) 3) cost cutting was done at every level, rice without any dry fruit or paneer slice in it seems like a local shop service 4) Manager was too rude , don't have manners how to deal with customers. 5) food quality was pathetic. 6) Rooms were good. Every aspect is bad about this hotel Old architecture, dirty washroom, seepage everywhere, poor service, rude and ignorant staff. Not recommended in any case
