Hotel Rajhans Regency

They don't treat well atall. I went nd told them to pack one plate spring rolls nd gulamjamun. First they refused me and then after taking a long time they packed half quantity of each item in full price without even telling me. I didn't like the behaviour, they don't respect and value their customers. Very bad experience

Worst experience. I ordered food in my room and as soon as the food arrived the lights went out. I had to ask 4-5 times and the lights came back after 20 minutes and by then the food had gotten cold. Room was very dirty no customer service from the staff. I will never recommend anyone for this place.

Today I went out for dinner with 15 people but got the worst service ever this time. Staff was very rude and really didn't like the way they responded. Will recommend not to go to such place for dinner . Will not suggest this for lunch or dinner.
