Very Bad Experience Staff Behavior is very bad & they off the A/C at their own when we told them, they will start argue with us

Rooms are so good so the check-in process the only thing is the price is lil bit high in the competition. They don't provide u the AC Remote so u can't change the temperature of the ac if it's turn on. I ordered food online ao can't say anything about their own menu.

Ok to stay one night during travel or you are passing through meerut city in night. Charges are fixed 1500 rs for room. Hotel is clean, and you have to asked for toiletries, plates, and AC remote. They have generator to power AC. Giving 2 star because they shut down the generator in morning 6:00 AM and then it become really hot, my baby wake up due to this. I asked them to turn on the AC but he said it required 30 mins to cool down the generator, I waited one hour then again asked them to turn on the AC.

Location is nice but mosquitoes are there in the room. Also no remote was provided for the AC, no proper blankets also

They asked for advance and I paid Rs.10000/- instead of Rs.2400/ But still they refused to give a room or receipt . Worst behavior of reception staff . Will not recommend anyone to stay here

Nice romms but the hotel location is not so good I think it will be front the highway not the backwards th highway

Rooms is so clean and very comfortable
