Hotel Naveen Deluxe

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a horrible experience. Despite the glittery and shiny appearance of the rooms, they were very dusty. When I asked for cleaning, no one showed up. The AC in our room stopped working, so we were moved to another room, but the bathroom there was scary, with an extremely dirty bathtub. During checkout, the manager, Mr. Joshi, presented us with an extra bill. When we explained that it was the staff's fault, he raised his voice and started arguing. He reluctantly agreed to adjust the bill, acting as if he was doing us a great favor. During check-in, they agree to everything, but during checkout, they deny and argue. The hotel is located on Abu Lane, which is the heart of Meerut. The nearby market and local showrooms are a plus, although they bring a bit of traffic. The rooms are average at best. While the service is generally good and the staff well-behaved, they don't provide hot water in the washrooms at night--it's only available during the day. Overall, I had a very bad experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located on the Abu lane which is the heart of Meerut. Market and local showrooms in the vicinity is a plus point but it brings a little bit of traffic too. Rooms of the hotel are average. Service is awesome and staff is well behaved. They don't provide hot water in the washrooms in night, it's only available in day time.

Had a stay there for 2 days and it was horrible as hot water was never available. Rooms r glittery n shiny only for show but the floors r very dusty ...asked for cleaning but no one showed up. AC in our room stopped working so we were given another room in which the bathroom was scary with a bathtub which was extremely dirty. He agreed to wht we said reluctantly as if he was doing a great favour. During checkin thy agree to everything but during checkout thy deny n fight. Had a very bad experience.

The overall experience was good. The room was good. The hotel is well situated in the prime area. The food served was good and reasonable. The room was not that clean. There was a group in the next door room, who were very noisy till 4:00 am in the morning. I had tried contacting the reception, but no body answered. ||Minus this experience, the stay was good.

The room was spacious. The toilet is maintained with all the modern amenities. Cleanliness could be a little better like clean linens. Hotel is located at the heart of Abu lane. . The staff is prompt but careless & non availability of room service at night is an issue. Basic room amenities like dental kit is missing. Check! . Rooms are noisy & can disrupt your sleep. Also, construction work was going on which added to the disturbance. . Suggestion: Avoid staying at the ground floor towards left of the reception.

Decent rooms. Hygienic rooms . Neat bathroom. Good linens. Responsive staff. Delicious food. Immediate power back up. Perhaps some decent toiletries can be added.
