Hotel Grant Deluxe

I am staying in this hotel since last 3 - 4 years. Very good hotel with all basic things. Neet and clean hotel with spacious room. Staff and manager both are very cooperative and very supportive. worth of money.

Nice hotel considering the price & low budget. Rooms are neat & clean. Rooms & interiors walls are covered with tiles all over the place which gives a different feel. Room services are very quick. Located on main road and in price location nearby Bus Depot. One star deducted for the food which can be improved.

HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE HOTEL! I booked an entire floor of 11 rooms for my sister's marriage to accommodate our guests on the wedding day. What went wrong: 1. The check-in time is 2 PM but our guests arrived early at 11 AM. Even after continuous requests, the authorities did not help accommodate the guests in the rooms that are being checked out. 2. During the time of booking, it was agreed that since we are booking an entire floor, they will accommodate 30-35 guests as it is only required to freshen up during the daytime. While checking in, the authorities started arguing that they have a strict 2-person per room policy and can only allow 22 guests. THE ENTIRE HEATED DISCUSSION WAS HAPPENING WHILE AROUND 40 of OUR GUESTS WERE WAITING IN THE PARKING AREA !!!!!! 3. They did not help in carrying the luggage to the respective guests' room and while we were doing it, we were being shouted at BECAUSE THEY HAD A 2-PERSON ROOM POLICY WHICH WAS NOT COMMUNICATED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. 4. Since the guests agreed was 30-35 and the guests arrived were around 40, I agreed to book more rooms and pay extra for the additional guests. THE INITIAL BILL WAS AROUND 7000 WHICH WAS LATER REVISED TO 18000 BY THE HOTEL AUTHORITIES. THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL, DISAPPOINTING AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN A HOTEL!

The rooms were awful. Too small. They don't even provide proper toiletries. Geyser in washrooms are controlled by the reception. Even phones are not provided in rooms. So you need to get out of your room, dial reception from the common phone provided in your floor and ask them to switch on your geyser. Please avoid staying in such hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days..First & foremost..it is situated near Sohrab Gate Bus stand & if u r going from Delhi, you will be dropped at the Main Bus stand, which is at some distance from the hotel & with the road traffic the city offers, expect no respite.||The deluxe rooms are extremely small & there was barely any space for free movement inside the room. ||The washroom was OK but the sanitary-ware outdated. Didn't take much to eat, except for breakfast which was OK in taste.||A rare positive was the courtesy shown by the guy at the reception. Otherwise, I would recommend travelers to actually think twice before booking this hotel for more than a night.

The AC room tarrif is much less. ROOMS ARE CLEAN. I stayed there for one night and was happy with my decision of staying in this hotel. The food served was ok but I doubt whether they have their own kitchen. In all , recommended !!

Better facilities than other hotel .

The rooms are very good comparing to the price as room single accompany is just 950rs please don't go for other hotels in Meerut other hotels are pure loot. Meerut is not a business centre so paying 2000 rs for a room is too high. Check this hotel once why I'm saying this because I lost 8thousand bucks staying other hotel only for 3 days other hotels even for a tea they charge 50 rs than think about others I refer this hotel because they are very genuine I love genuine peoples. You have 3 options near by this hotel all same charge 950rs av room
