||Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately not pleasant. While the location is convenient, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The bathroom was sticky and unclean, there were no towels or basic amenities like a water bottle provided. Staff behavior was unprofessional and, at times, rude. There were visible seepage marks on the walls, adding to the discomfort. Even after checkout, we were unnecessarily questioned about belongings like hand towels, which was quite disappointing. I believe the management can work on improving cleanliness, staff training, and guest experience. Hopefully, they will take this feedback constructively.

If you are looking to spend some quality time with your family in meerut Broadway is worth every single penny, nice food with good service. Ms. Rekha restaurant manager is sweet, you can also ask for discount from her .

The ambience was good, the food was not upto the mark, The staircase down the party hall in the basement was a bit lonely and proper lightning was not present. Rooms- I haven't visited their rooms, therefore I couldn't comment on it. Proper parking for a four-wheelers was also a big concern, which can be improved.

Rooms are good, spacious with all basic amenities. Bathroom was a bit small and had some issues. The hot water supply (using a geyser in the bathroom itself) was inadequate for 2 people going to take a bath one after the other. Also, the taps were hard and not easy to rotate (require servicing). Service wise it was good. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff at the room service and breakfast was well mannered and courteous. Overall I would give positive recommendation to this hotel
