One of the worst experiences. They make false promises. We paid extra money for decoration, but they didn't even understand the value of proper decoration. They were always late for every function. The function was supposed to start at 11 AM, but they were still preparing until 1 PM. They also took extra money from the bride's side. Since the bride's side was not aware of the initial booking details, they ended up paying again. They made false promises about the rooms as well -- it was the worst room experience you could ever imagine. There were AC leakages, water issues, lifts not working, and electricity problems. If you have already booked this venue before reading this review, please read the suggestions carefully. If you haven't booked yet, you can save your money and avoid the same mistake. Suggestions: 1. Get everything documented on the official letterhead of the banquet hall. No agreements on plain or white paper. 2. Clearly mention and get it signed that if they fail to deliver anything, you will not pay for it. 3. The number of plates must be finalized during your discussion. Randomly added plates will not be payable. 4. Ensure any amount already paid is communicated to all responsible people involved in the wedding, so you don't end up paying double. 5. They often forget what was booked and miss important details during the wedding. Keep reminding them throughout the event. 6. If they ask you to ignore Google reviews, do not ignore them. There is no management from the Hotel/Banquet side. For getting booking they will do all fake promises. Once they will get the booking amount they start neglecting/denying all your concerns which you discussed during booking. Example: We need 35 rooms for booking as the bride side was from Lucknow. Earlier they told that they have 25 rooms at there and 10 rooms at another place with same ambience. After booking they told they will give only 20 rooms in Diaz/Beubelle and 15 rooms at another place. Not only this out of those 15 rooms 10 rooms are different in size and ambience. No room service they will provide even for towel you need to contact the owner every time. Rooms were stinky and mosquitoes were there. For Most of the rooms they dont provide AC remote and dont ever think that the TV will work because they will not give u d remote. Very unhygienic conditions of rooms. Lift stuck in every 2-3 minutes. 60-70% times we forced to use the stairs. Also at another place (hotel Avika) which they had provide us is one of the worst Hotels in Meerut. For decoration of Functions like Haldi/Mehandi, they will assure you to provide exact decoration/stage whatever image you will give them but on the particular day they will completely change the decoration/stage and again deny the booking promises. For Bridal entry we booked mirror entry and paid for that but instead of that they use a scratched Foil sheet and for Jaimala we booked flowers' petals shower instead of that they used confetti. While they promised for flowers petals. This how they will ruined the function at every moment. There is no option for negative ratings otherwise I will do that for them. We are bound to give 1 star.

**Absolutely Terrible Experience - Ruined Our Wedding!** If I could give **zero stars**, I would. This place does *not* deserve even one. Our experience with **Diaz Banquet and Hote Buebell l** was nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, the **management was disorganized and unprofessional**. They made big promises about the decor and arrangements but **delivered nothing**. What we got was a bunch of **false commitments and last-minute chaos**. They charged us for extra rooms and food plates that we didn't even ask for. On top of that, **everything was delayed** -- from the food to the preparations. The most heartbreaking part? **They completely ruined our Jaimala ceremony.** There was **no proper entry, no floral petal shower and crackers **, nothing that was promised. It was supposed to be one of the most beautiful moments of our wedding -- and they destroyed it with their carelessness. If you're thinking of booking this place for your big day -- **DON'T.** Save yourself the stress, the heartbreak, and the money. This place is a disaster, and no couple should have to go through what we did. - A deeply disappointed bride whose wedding was ruined.

Beautiful place to tie a knot, 10/10 recommended , fabulous ambience , food is really awesome , the service of air quality (ac) is properly working I love the infrastructure of banquet staff is soo good and co-operative

Banquet service is excellent, worth of money, staff behaviour is good, ambience is soo good, ac is good working 100/100 recommended.

Yesterday attend a wedding food excellent great ambience decoration was awesome and mean the Jaimala on terrace it was amazing

10/10 recommended super cooling in banquet service was a-one room service was excellent staff was so supportive

They were totally full vegetarian the place and the ambience is overall superb 10/10 recommended
