I don't know where to start from but let me try|Me and ny husband checked in. We definitely know the hotel policies. The first thing the receptionist said " do you even know unmarried couples are not allowed". So rudely he said we don't even refund the amount if unmarried people tried to check in.|Even if you are abiding by your policies, there is a way to ask if we are married. |Rather than embarrasing your guests, just call them when they book online and get your damn confirmation if they are married or not. Just by seeing a woman in jeans without sindoor , you cannot say she is unmarried. Guess they haven't been to hospitality coaching.|Anyway we showed them our wedding picture as a proof then they let us checkin.||Second - Hell lot of disturbance at night. Till 2-3 am on terrace there were either some big containers or some drum rolling I don't know what noise. We couldn't even sleep.|WORST PART - You tried to call the reception to make noise complaint but your hotel phone is not working :)|||Now comes the best part - we went their to attend a wedding. For checkin, they captured our aadhar card. Somehow they forgot to give it back same day. We also forgot to take it back the same day due to first chaotic point. Hotel staff are such uneducated they did not even come to our room to give it back. The next morning we checked out and was about to leave meerut and suddenly realized we forgot it.|We called hotel they said yes it's there.|I mean heights of lacking basic hotel etiquette.|I'm agreeing that we should have been careful. But when hotel staff knew that that the cards are with them, they should have been proactive in returning.|What are you guys charging Rs 2500 for? Your hotel etiquette is not even worth a penny.

So rude staff at reception. You can not trust on them VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Dhanesh had a very disrespectful behaviour with our Baratis. He charged the amount of Premium rooms and fraudfully provided the lower class rooms, as he thought baratis will not tell us. Extra mattress was included.But not given. Never book this hotel.THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL Dhanesh is so unprofessional person or manager I v ever seen. Such a big lier and arrogant person. Sandeep is nice and polite.

Absolutely pleased to be hosted at this place. Very good, specious rooms at modest prices. Staff is very cooperative and ready to accomodate any reasonable request. Definitely my favourite hotel in Meerut

This is a nice hotel with really good rooms. However the staff is complacent and the cleanliness is very bad. The rooms were dusty, the sheets were not replaced. The bathroom was also untidy. Soaps and towels were also not provided. This hotel needs a new manager and staff to increase its rating. They have the right location and infra but poor maintenance.

It was a pleasant stay with well maintained rooms at affordable price.

During my recent hotel stay, I found the experience to be a mixed bag. The stay was not good as room was not clean. No water kettle. On request when it was provided it was not working. There were lots of mosquitoes. At the desk during check out the receptionist/ manager was not polite and above all not providing GST bill stat.. was saying it would be given after 30 min. We had argument which was enough to harass a visiting guest. It was not at all good experience. I ll not even given one star . the management should train their staff manager how to talk to a visiting guest
