Namarata at reception & CSO MR Yadav are the asset among others. I enjoyed the evening due to them as my big car was parked easily due to them. They synchronised everything in a magical way. |Hotel is very good for parties etc. service, food is delicious.

Good decor and beautiful beautiful. Very neat and clean rooms as well as walkway, lounge, dining etc. service good, staff is good and humble. Room service is efficient. Food is okay. Lift in the building also okay type, makes noise sometimes. The one concern was power failure happening couple of times and switching over to genset took some time. This can be smooth. Services fine, all staff again very good, hotel is in big area so very open nice feeling.

Excellent Stay. A wonderful home away from home. Personalised touch, warmth and caring staff. Well maintained rooms with all amenities. Excellent food to satisfy your appetite. A must stay if you are visiting Meerut or making a halt. Must stay.

Location is good. Room size also good. Only one very small side table in room along bed. Phone also not working properly. Asked for an Iron but couldn't get despite waiting for 3 hours. Wahrooms need better maintenance. Good for events as they have ample space for it.

It was indeed an experience I would gladly replicate. GODWIN has excellent location, a courteous and friendly staff at reception, prompt and accommodating staff in the restaurant and superb facilities, not to forget the majestic and imposing building and lot of greenery around.

Checked in today evening at Godwin Hotel Meerut. Booking was done through Agoda surprisingly have given Godwin hotel 4 Star ratings. But, property is only attractive from outside. Once you enter the room, reality unfolds. We were very disappointed to see the condition of the room. Floor was dirty, walls of room looks like they are not cleaned for ages.Toilet seat has turned yellowish due to lack of regular cleaning. Room as well as bathroom is very filthy. Room service is poor. No one turns up inspite of regular calling the reception. Room refrigerator was not working. Overall a very bad experience. No one should book Godwin hotel Meerut.

The front desk team is very well behaved and well mannered and always ready to help you. The restaurant is very nice, and the food is very tasty. The rooms are very spacious.
