Crystal Palace

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed by basic questions and requests. The guard and the receptionist were extremely rude and were extremely snarky and lacked basic etiquette. The ambiance didn't help either. The place was noisy, cluttered, and far from clean. To top it all off, when we tried to raise our concerns, they were unapologetic and brushed us off entirely. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and patience--there are far better options elsewhere.

Very nice bar and rooms are near and clean while visiting this hotel staff behaviour was so polite and easy to approach market from here strongly recommend for visit at least once

Such a good place to spent time with family and friends it has a good taste in food with decent price you must be tried once

Very nice hotel for business trips or to organise functions. Great food. Ample outdoor parking in front of hotel. Location is close to the city center and to the Cantt.

After Booking online they are giving very bad rooms. When we are booking offline they are charging high rates for Rooms exceeding Rs. 4000 which are not worthy.

First of all I am very disappointed. When I booked the room, I checked the reviews and photos. But when I got to the hotel, I was shocked. I have never seen such a bad room in my life. I am a traveler and travel all over India every day and have had many experiences but the hotel has come out of no where with the worst condition. I don't see any need to give a rating in the review. Hotel tariff is high. There are no facilities for that. Don't book based on online reviews. Then you will be disappointed. And one more think, Some staff's are awesome, & good assistance

Horrible Hotel....! Please never visit. Worst Experience! Pathetic management ! Will never visit again. They charge you for even a water bottle. My train got 6 hours delayed and I started very late. I had called Gaurav and asked about possibilities of early check-in @ 7 and promised him about early checkout as well. He said they'll do it. But when I reached there they said NO, saying rooms are booked. Made me wait until 10:30 AM in the reception that too without even asking for water 3 hours I waited there. But trust me that hotel gets hardly 20 guests and the entire thing was vacant. Such a greedy receptionist. Fortunately one receptionist girl helped me to get the room. Their lift doesn't work you'll have to walk till down from the 3rd floor. Even while checking out I asked for the water bottle they were charging for that as well. This guy is doing a billing for that . They didn't even send someone to take my luggage from the 3rd floor as the lift wasn't working.

Worst experience horrible it was no proper water supply, no cleanliness we have got room with all smell of smoke and even he is not ready to shift us in another room said no vacant rooms but after all conversation with MMT we have got our room change moreover worst breakfast amount they charged did not worth for single penny rooms filled with water clogs.
