Golden Palms Resort

Pathetic. Food quality and presentation are very bad need to improve and too much expensive... forcefully asking for tax which is also too high.. will not recommend and feels uncomfortable n unsafe due to the behaviour of staff.

Third class staff, dirty tables, arrogant Maneger. Even no one is do the dusting on tables but never dorget to ask for tip,If you are with family, they will force to sit with gents or boys. Never come with family or friends in that kind of place.

Good for family celebration event on the meerut highway. Rooms are ok

The food and services were excellent. Mr Rawat, the controller was very helpful. Ambience was excellent and the most important thing was that every thing was crystal clear. No hidden charges. Good job.

The breakfast was pathetic; they served stale Alu Naan instead of Aalu Paratha. No basic amenities are available in the rooms, such as an iron, locker, mini refrigerator, and they even charged for the water bottle. The hospitality was poor, with rude behavior from the staff.

I had a terrible experience at Golden Palms Resort, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms are not very clean, and lacked basic amenities like brush , electric kettle , towel ,fridge etc. The staff are non existent and unprofessional.Eve after charging like a 4 star hotel, the breakfast wasn't complimentary. The resort also has a bar and a banquet hall, where we heard loud music and noise all night. The resort is not suitable for anyone, as it offers a stressful and unpleasant stay. We would definitely avoid Golden Palms Resort at all costs.

This was our fourth visit to this place. The food quality, quantity and presentation was really pathetic. They have added tooo much colour in the food which is really harmful for the body.
