The rooms are good n they r charging 1200(negotiable) per day. And the services are ok,(you have to tell them 2-3 times). But the location is bit outside the city... You have to go 2-3km for main orai city( not a big deal as you get e-riksha just in front of gate. They just take 10rs

Good space in this resort and there is no issue for parking.

Nice place to organise parties and marriage up to 2000 people. Lovely food amazing taste. The parking space is plenty enough and the best thing is good management. The location is also good. The locality is green. Hall is good for small functions.

If you looking for a restorent far from town, this is a good restorent. Nice lawn and food. Services are a bit slow, but not very late like others. It's better to go there by your own vehicle because you can't rely on transport services there. And restorent is understaffed So keep patient in case of delayed services. Rest is good. I don't see any CCTV camera there also. So keep your safety at your hand.

Room quality is to Good But Deserst food not good Sweets not good thes hotels

I stayed in this hotel yesterday, ground staffs behaviours are very poor and pathetic. My CAR got punctured today morning and in this hot season I was literally trying to change my tyre at 05.40AM but staffs were just watching me, my wife and small son but never came forward to help me, then my wife shouted on them and they realised the scene and 1 guy came to help me. This is not a hotel, if you want Shampoo and Colgate then you have to pay, u need to also ask water bottles which is on chargeable basis. Very bad hotel, watchman behaviour is so worst cleaned my car and was asking 100 bugs just to rub the cloth on the body as car was fully wet with Rain Water. Do not stay in this hotel if coming from long route and never expect any help. Was travelling from Pune to LKO. No shops at all near this hotel. Room were dirty, linens were dirty, room was smelling, bed was giving noise. With family stay, don't go, u will curse yourself if u got such situations alone.
