My experience staying here was truly pleasant. The room was spacious, just as shown in the photos--spotless and well-maintained. There's reliable power backup, and the bathroom was comfortably sized and clean. The location is ideal, being very close to the railway station. Food can easily be ordered from nearby restaurants, which adds to the convenience. The host is exceptionally kind and helpful, making the stay even more comfortable. Others All the feedback is correct,but I had an accidentally bad experience. 1. No towel,no water bottle,no water purifier,you can't fill the water you need to purchase every time. 2. No Daily room service or cleaning. 3. Very less power supply across mathura so AC and Non AC rooms are equal. 4. Due to the electricity issue,we face a water problem We are stuck in the bathroom.I picked 2 buckets of water from the ground floor and supplied it on the 2nd floor where I stayed.landlord helped supply 4 buckets of water that helped the lot. 5. Tea is 30 rupees per person in a hotel. 6. Check in on or after 12 PM and check out is strictly at 10 AM,there is a 2 hour gap.

Exceptional service with a very cooperative owner. Staying here felt like being at a family member's home. They not only provided great hospitality but also guided us on the best places to visit. Very nice and clean rooms in very reasonable rate. The behavior of the owner is just awesome, he guided us to book cab for sightseeing. My parents love the stay very much. If anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Mathura, this place is Highly recommend

The place is amusing and staffs are very helpful and spread kindness. The best was it's food and the bed as food was comfy and bed was in good condition. Afterall everything was clean and tidy. Loved my experience.
