Title: Very Bad Experience - Poor Service & Mosquito Problem I had a terrible experience at this OYO hotel. The room was in bad condition, not properly cleaned, and the service was extremely poor. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, making it very difficult to sleep. The staff was not helpful, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

Terrible Torn polyster Bedsheets No towels No bath mats Problematic AC Super Slow Service. Tap water was too salty to use. Been there for 4 nights just because of its location. I would recommend go for any other hotel but not for this one.

The hotel offers a great experience with its upgraded and comfortable rooms. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, yet it provides the convenience of ample parking. The staff is polite, and the food options, though limited, are of good quality. A solid choice for those looking for comfort and convenience.

We stayed in this property for four days with family. They provide towel every alternate day. Bedsheets will be replaced every three days as per hotel policy!!! On top of that torn towels and bedsheets were provided. Hotel staff is very rude. They act as if they are doing us a favour!! Think twice before booking for family stay.

Cozy clean rooms with apt service to make your trip complete. Personalised attention by the staff is an added bonus. Their recommendations about places to see and explore help solo female travellers like myself.

Location of the hotel is very good. Staff behaviour is very supportive. Ground floor resturant food is good. Condition of the room needs some improvement. Over all condition of the stay is great.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Centrally located made commuting easy. Kudos to the hotel team
