Silver Oaks Inn

so we booked 4 rooms and the rooms provided are on 2nd floor, best part is among these 4 rooms every room is having different interior, lights and design.As i didn't get the time to click pic of every room,whatever pic i am having, i am posting. The service was good however one strange thing happen is welcome drink was not given to us even after asking. when we checked-in 1 litre packed water bottle was there in every room. so at the time of check out the hotelier charged for that bottle, we said everywhere 1 bottle is complimentary, that too you have not given us welcome drink. He replied:- At place of welcome drink we provide normal ro water only and you have to pay for the bottle. anyway we paid the amout . the hotel is at good location

"Disappointing Stay" I recently stayed at Silver Oaks Inn Mathura for three days, booking through Agoda. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The air conditioning in my room didn't work for two days, despite my repeated complaints. On the third day, the management finally sent a technician to fix it. When I requested a room change, I was told that no other rooms were available - a disappointing response. The staff seemed disinterested and lazy, requiring multiple reminders for even the simplest tasks. However, the food at the in-house restaurant was a redeeming factor - it was delicious and well-prepared. Overall, my stay at Silver Oaks Inn Mathura was underwhelming. While the food was good, the hotel's maintenance and service issues need attention. *Pros:* Good food at the restaurant *Cons:* Non-functional AC, poor staff service, inability to change rooms

1. Room is very very very dirty 2. Cockroaches are moving on bed 3. Bathroom is very very dirty. 4. AC Not Working 5. Frequently Power Cut Please don't ever book this hotel. I am giving -1 rating to this hotel.

Good experience we spend happy time as service is good , reception, service boy all are helping, rooma are clean and good. We enjoyed our stay at hotel.

Staff is not at all supportive,if you are single then it is fine otherwise don't visit this place with family.

Tasty food, Excellent service & staff members behaviour is very good, rooms are very neat & clean & hotel manager are very supportive..

It's just okay type hotel. Location isn't perfect. Room was clean but it was little smelly. Service was not good. Still construction work is going on. No lift facility.

Cleanliness and service was upto mark. calm and peaceful stay. Mr.honey (supervisor) was very polite and helpful during the stay
