Disappointing Stay The property's location, cleanliness, and staff service were subpar. The room size was cramped, affecting sleep quality. Amenities were lacking, which did not justify the high facilities rating. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

The property location and specially rooms & wash room hygienic is wonderful . supporting staff and near by area is also good. Rating goes to five star.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and clean.The bathroom was modern.The room was quiet and peaceful.The staff were friendly and welcoming.The service was prompt and efficient.The hotel was located in the heart of the city.The hotel was close to public transportation.Overall, I recommend to visit at Rudra Residency. Only 1 blanket is provided for a double occupancy room. Could also see ants in room.

Very worst room, I took AC room but the control with the receiption, they refused to switch on the AC, they said they will switch on only for few hours. They said this after taking the payment from me. And even they didn't gave the bill for my payment. No hot water, Very worst service. Better not to take room here. I don't know the why I took AC room,, Finally I slept in non a room after paying money for AC room.

Hotel is very good I stay here for 3 days it's good so I preferred to all the viewers if they came to mathura or vrindavan stay here is a good choice it's services are good rooms are also clean so choose this hotel for rest is a kind of good option
