Raman Misthan Bhandar Hotel surjo inn | Best Guest House in Mathura

No facilities at all I travalled all around india stayed in many hotels but this is the worst that i have ever seen in my life Bad food Bad catering Rude staff Unhygienic staff and rooms No chance of electricity in night time(they don't even have generators and too much costly I think this hotel is the embarrassment in the name of hotels

Stayed there with family, rooms have no ventilation, AC was not working and staff behavior is not good. The size of room is also very small and their charges are too high as per member. I do not recommended this hotel for any family ever.

We visited this hotel and our rooms were already booked, but the owner denied that our rooms are not booked. While we make payments for those rooms. Later i found out that this is peak time of mathura visit, but this behavious is very bad and later we have to book another rooms. Such a bad experience at this hotel, will never book such kind of hotel.

Famous sweet shop in mathura. If you buy peras from mathura don't go here and there just go to Raman sweets. In the morning time u can get various types of delicious kachori. And chai is just awesome.

Hotel Surjo inn is near to railway station. rooms are good. But food is not up to the quality. Don't matchup with the onner for vehicle. The Driver has already settings on different destination they will indirectly force you to give money to guides, photographs etc.

Room is ok but not so good. No ventilation in room. No room service available. The cost is too high. Behaviour is too bad. Not recommended for stay.

Worst experience ever. No facilities. Only high price for hotel rooms. Unhygienic towel. Unhygienic jug. No room service. Rude hotel staff.

Worst feeling ever AC is not working Food was taste less Manager was rude Flush is not working After changing 3 room then also not get comfort. Ever room have ac problem flush problem
