Pathetic Staff and The owner is very arrogant. They do wrong commitments and treat very wrong to their customer. The owner is extremely money minded person. If you agree on whatever price they commit for the Event they later increase the price for their own benefits and behaves in a very wrong way. Not at all recommended for any wedding celebration or any other celebration. We should definitely report such places.

Great hotel for marriage purpose full space with parking facility.

It's a good place for a family stay, out of Mathura city. Ample space for parking, The room was spacious, good, neat and clean. The bathroom was also neat and clean. Kitchen/Restaurant service was not there but they have a tie-up with nearby Restaurants they will deliver you food. The hotel staff was very cooperative and the room tariff was Rs.1600/- per night. Overall it is a good experience to stay there.

This is a pathetic resort. They confirmed us for the booking but at the very last moment they cancelled our booking and ruined our every plan. then when being asked the cancellation reason, they simply started beating around the bush and didn't give us any specific reason. Now, literally we are squaring a circle to book another resort and do arrangements for our guests who have filed down here for our special event even from abroad.

You need to check this review if you are planning to stay here. It's a mismanaged on road, overcharged property. Rooms are full of flies and mosquitos. Beds were dirty, dusty and not cleaned well after last use. You need to ask management for water bottles and towels. Please carry toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and other necessary toiletries stuff as they provide only towel and a Margo soap . Management is only available while taking booking and money only. Even the management have never learned management. Imagine the guy eating Gutka while negotiating. Lighting and interior doesn't define the luxury. I liked modern and fully functional bathroom.

We loved this place It's on main road. Unlike other places, this resort has dedicated parking place. Management is very good. Rooms are very spacious and with all the amenities and facilities. The best part is their banquet space. Very spacious and all the things are new and up to the current market trends.
