OYO Hotel Rama Palace

Worst place to stay in. Dirty bedsheets, bathroom. Better stay in a dharamsala than staying in this hotel. Hygiene is really, cockroaches wondering around the cupboard. The management is the worst in here. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE.

Gave 5 rating so this comment can be on top. Battamiz staff and owner. Room quality is extremely bad. Charged 500 extra for 20 mins delay. Don't even think of taking a room, my family has to go through trauma coz of this useless guy.

Reception Staff do every work on time,but when u ask for any info regarding travel they recommend taxis, but I ask for public transport then they behave just like strangers

Avoid this hotel, completely unsafe and unprofessional staff. Shabby rooms, no restaurant,no service and they take full money in advance so even if you don't like the rooms you can't checkout. unsafe,avoid staying there especially with family.

Overall quality is poor, Better avoid. Location: Within the crowded citymarket, Rooms: Non-working geyser, phone, TV and Fan regulator (which was known to them already) and even lift on one day, Quite conjusted room, Very compact beds. Room stink with smoke and alcohol Service: Very very rude tone of the hotel manager (Ramakant), Poor service.

It's a good hotel to freshen up and rest. Don't expect tv or other things

One the most pathetic experiences I had...the most dirty washroom and lots of cockroach all over the washroom and on bed as well... Blanket and room were smelly... I have already paid that's why I had to stay for a day but not at all recommended at all.... And the mistake is from MakeMyTrip as well because they have recommended this hotel and next time I never believe MakeMyTrip.

multiple problems seen at a time 1- both manager does not have any manners how to talk with customers. 2 - stinky rooms and bad room services 3 - bad sheets are in bad condition totally unhygienic
