We found the bedsheets dirty and obviously not changed, when asked if they can change them, the owner first said it's "neat and clean" but then they sent someone to change them and we got clean ones. When asking for laundry, they gave us a far too expensive price, luckily we found a laundry nearby. When asking for a taxi they wanted to speak to my husband leaving the question if they didn't want to speak to me for being a woman?

Recently I travelled to Mathura with my Father. I really wanted the comfortable stay and good food. I stayed in Triveni Inn and I must say they provide best rooms in affordable prices. Also the room was neat and clean with perfect space. Specially I loved their food services. They provide home made fresh food with good taste in very nominal price. We had breakfast and Dinner and both were very delicious. Best service I have experienced ever. I would highly recommend this place for stay and food too.

Excellent Hotel and Staff! We had a wonderful stay on our visit to Mathura. The staff was polite and friendly and the owner went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable. Such a tremendous stay it was! whole staff and owner (rinku chaudhary ji) was so polite and professionally keen. Their food is prepared just like home.After looking at meal my wife said,"wow." Rooms were neat and clean .I will recommend it for all types family's. Thanks to Hotel triveni inn for making my stay special.

Hi everyone.... Triveni inn is a new hotel, a best option to stay in Mathura city. It is not only neat and clean but also has a vibrant and peaceful atmosphere. The staffs are very much cooperative especially Rinku choudhary ji was very kind and helpful for us(me with my parents). He arranged homely food for us. More importantly, they take care of us and our things even after check out time...It was night time, waiting for our bus to come...this help was very much needed for a family and they understood the situation and gave the space and care which we never forget.... thankyou so much Rinku ji and all others... :) Highly recommend this place for family...

My experience in this hotel was very good and excellent, with very good facilities and the behaviour of people was also very humble and sweet with Great service and neat room. Must visit this hotel for stay when you visit mathura!
