Rooms are spacious, location is fine... Service is extremely pathetic. Don't expect these things- Breakfast will take 2 hours to prepare, AC not working in the restaurant, Washroom geyser not working Towels are stinking and having holes. No soap and shampoo provided. Staff is never available at the reception.

The experience in the hotel was very good...staffs were very good and well cooperative. Room is also well managed and washrooms are also clean. Very good experience

I booked room from booking. Com ,but owner changed the hotel and they gave wroste rooms which is not at all good and we came with the family and no proper staff .No proper response from staff and also no gyser.Our booked rooms were sold off and we were given left out worst rooms.washrooms were sold off bad without flush and no proper water supply.No gyser no proper beds and no proper towels.

Even we booked hotel from booking.com, they sold the room and cancelled my booking in midnight. Never go and suffer with your family. When requested they have given a lodge.

Budget and friendly hotel. Main city location. Cooperative staff. Food is amazing. And peaceful ambience. Under Rs.1500, must recommend hotel.
