Hotel Shagun Residency

Please dont stay here even if you get the rooms for free in this hotel. Worst stay ever. Staff only argues, room full of cockroaches, bathroom does not have water, Activity room and pool is empty, there is no way to even get tea, bed and couch were full of hair and dirt. Wifi only works if you stand outside the gate & the staff suggests us to stay at the gate. Extra amount charged will not be invoiced. Washroom and rooms doesn't have any value for the bomb amount they charge.

Room was good but...this is only for stay..not basic facilities available ..but room was neat and clean

We had to opt for a sudden stay due to our tight schedule. Landed up here through Google search especially near Mathura Railway Station. We checked in in the evening at 6.30 and checked out by morning 7. For the rate I paid, it was beyond our expectations. We got 2 rooms at 2800 and the hospitality was very pleasing.

worst experience. stinky and unhygienic place. washroom was in terrible condition. provided dirty unclean water. staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, made us wait while checkin and was impolite during checkout. will never suggest this place to anyone

We stayed in their suite. It was well maintained and cleaned. Room service can be better. They have swimming pool as well but was not clean. Getting e rickshaw to any place is easy from here. Worth staying here to avoid the rush in Mathura.

No clean and hygiene. I personally won't recommend this hotel to anyone. They did not replace the bedsheets and blankets which were used by some other people the previous day. I couldn't even take a bath here. Can't step into their restaurant, it was smelling. One of the staff was just helping, but won't recommend. Photos in Google maps and MakeMyTrip looks good, but not the reality.

Worst hotel to stay. No security, no hygiene, no nearby restaurants to eat. Washrooms were so dirty that we didn't take bath. It was stinking very badly. Bed sheets were not washed properly They gave us a room which had too many hair in bed sheets. Bathroom was not cleaned, they gave us the room as soon as previous guests left the room, so we had to request them to clean the bathroom and change the bed sheet.
