The food was genuinely pathetic. The ambience is very nice without any doubt,but the food was the worst I have had. The service was good, the staff was humble but again the one thing you expect to be the best when you go to a restaurant to dine was not what I expected.

I recently visited Mathura during Holi, The Service and rooms were better than I imagined. Food was preparing with great care and hygiene. I would really recommend this establishment to visitors who are looking for comfort and a heart-warming service.

Rooms are ok, Infrastructure is good. But the food and restraunt service is pathetic. Breakfast menu had only 2 things- poha and vada sambar. Even their tea was pathetic They were serving whitish chai( kachi chai). I was with a toddler and an infant. For toddler there was nothing to eat. One waiter was there in restraunt who was making faces at my toddler all the time for making mess at table . In emergency you can stay here(like we did because we havent prebooked hotel) but do not expect food.

Nice hotel.. with good services... Attended a wedding function there. Do you have an inhouse restaurant? Is it a rooftop or in an open garden sitting or inside the hall?
