Hotel Pragati Palace , Mathura

Poor service ..I have booked two rooms for 1500 each on ground floor on 10.05.2025 at checked in at 3.30 pm. There was power cut since 9.00 pm to 2.00 am in morning on 11.05.2025 . No Ac was running inside rooms. We had to go for darshan at around 3.00 pm on parikrama marg and found no taps are running and water arrangement has been there at 1.30 to 2.30 pm. . We got late for every things .. When there is no adequate back for power and water supply , how can they charge us with Rs.1500 for each room. This is pathetic . At pilgramages , you are decieving customers and earning unjustified without facilitating . We demanded certain amount refund as we did not available any such ac service. They denied and said that there has been a power cut no power back up. If such casual approaches you have , then we really feel sorry for your approach of running business which soon may collapse with this attitude. I would never ever recommend such stays who don't keep up to their commitments and responsibilities.

Booked this hotel for my relatives. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plus, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. The hotel is very near to Govardhan Chauraha, from where you can find all kinds of transportation to Delhi and Agra.

I am waiting here after what I have experienced during my stay at this hotel. In one line i would like to say that it is my worst experience I have experienced in my life. I went to this hotel after getting good reviews but when I saw the room I refused to stay in this hotel. Further i tried to search for another hotel but I couldn't find it due to time constraints. Then I went again to this hotel considering I have to only sleep and would be at the checkout in the morning. But this time they have told to pay 2000 instead of 1600 for the room. I disagree with this but I have no option so after negotiation I have paid 1800. I was saty in room no 308. The bathroom is very dirty and smoking & very bad smell was coming. The bed sheet was also dirty. They also don't give any bill for this. This hotel is a totally fraud hotel. I advise everyone don't stay in this hotel. This is my genius review. Don't visit here by reviewing online because all reviews are promoted & paid reviews.

Excellent location and staff. Currently renovation going on. Other than bathroom fittings very good choice to stay. Value for money. We stayed 5 days and the staff was so good and helpful. Gaurav is the manager and helpful all the time.

Worst hotel in Mathura , most of the time inke hotel mein light nay rehti hain Ac work nay karta , even water never comes , will recommend anyone to go here.. all rooms are stinking , very poor service, they didnt provide the ac remote, full of mosquitos , unhygienic place.
