Hotel O Shree Krishna Resort

Located next to ganeshra stadium.Can host the weddings, parties etc. Rooms were clean and staff was cooperative. It is easily accessible from the bus stand and railway station. Food is average here.it was a nice experiencehaving stayed for 2 days.

I am deleting OYO app after this. Two times in a month it has happened that they have misguided me regarding the location of hotel and I had to suffer and toil in a new city and travel long distances. Further, the hotel either doesn't accept the booking or modify it to their benefit. Since we have no option, we have to accept it. Further, the amenities in hotel are not as specified and we have to suffer even due to that (eg. No Wifi). Their executives misrepresent the facts to take the booking. I never expected this from OYO. WORST EXPERIENCE....!!

Very worst experience while traveling to Vrindavan, outside for an hour at Hotel gate but no one opened the gate and had to back Delhi as no rooms or high charges. Just think how the time and managed everything due to their irresponsible behaviour so i would request not to stay in OYO or related hotels.

Worst property ever Don't fall for low prices. I had booked a room in this property in 1st week of January, i reached the property at 1:30 AM, even though they were informed in advance about our arrival there was no one at the gate, considering late night, least they can do is pick their phone or put a ringbell at gate to make staff aware of guest waiting. My friends literally had to jump off the gate to wake them up, even after that there was no courtesy. We were given our rooms, bedsheets were not clean there were stains all over, room was full of mosquitos and insects flying all around, bathroom was not clean (toilet seat was dirty and hairs were there all over the floor), blanket had a very bad smell. There was a contact number pasted behind the door to call for any room service, when i called the person said he doesn't work there anymore. Absolute nonsense, in morning i asked for some warm water, they literally handed me over a very dirty electric kettle with a plastic glass. When we left the staff was glancing at us like anything, this place is not safe for a girl travelling alone.

Worst experience ever in my life, hotel denied checkin even after full payment on the app. Very rude manager, behaviour was worst and totally unprofessional. Full family suffered for 1.5 hrs along with the kids. Manager kept denying even after the call of OYO call centre executive. Won't recommend anyone especially a family to visit such a pathetic place. Shame on such people, just to imagine if these people humiliates a well educated family what they will do to others.

Dont stay at this accommodation, its a wedding garden with rude staff who doesn't know hotel management. Inaccurate google location, nonsupport from OYO, Agoda staffs after booking. Hotel staff made us wait 1 hour literally sleeping at 9 PM citing our booking is not available. After 1 hour when we were leaving they allowed checkin. No towel, full of mosquitoes, power cuts and dirty mattresses. Terrible washrooms and scary staff even owner smoking inside the reception while we were checking out in morning. Don't stay if you are with family and kids

Hotel staff was not helpful. They were always harassing us. There was no cooperation from the staff. Always hungry for more and more money. Breakfast was included still they asked for money. We were three people he said he wanted for us to pay for extra mattress.

Worst experience of my life. Rude Unprofessional reception person as well as property manager .after online booking conformation and full payment given to OYO . Property manger as well as reception person asks for more money. OYO customer care executive also intervened but they have denied to check in without more money. No customer concern . very Horrible, resort attitude
