Hotel O Mukund Resort

Bookes the hotel for 4 persons 2 months pack then in January 1st week call of the hotel and they confirm that they are having the booking but when we go to the hotel they denied that they are no longer in partnership with oyo so they cannot provide room despite we have paid online and confirm the same on January 1st week with the number provided in the Google maps. My family was literally stuck there for three hours till the oyo team refunded the amount and we have to go visit some other hotels and do the booking manually and ping in cash. Please do not book this hotel for stay this is a complete scam. Example if you book the room into 2000 and if they get any booking with higher amount they will cancel your booking. And will ask you to contact with the customer care as they cannot help you. We were stuck in cold for the same for nearly 3 hours with them and they even did not offer any seat and ask us to wait on the road. They don't care for online booking the only prefer with the higher amount. Also the place is not as beautiful it is just at the right location so will request you all to book another hotel not this one.

Not ideal place to stay here in winter. Except location I found nothing good here. I feel it's more banquet hall less hotel or resort. 1. For 2 person they provide the very low quality blanket and additional on demand which are not enough to cover 2 person. 2. Hot water issue. One geyser is shared with 2 bathroom so if you are lucky one then you will get geyser switch else you need to be depended on other person. 3. Towel and shop was provided on demand that too not a oyo product.. they gave us life boy shop. 4. We asked them number of time to provide mosquitoes spray then they gave us all out. 5. Breakfast was mentioned on booking but they do not have any kitchen so I don't know what they will provide on morning, we left early morning so decide to skip the breakfast there. 6. Over all very bad experience and they asked us to make full payment upon arrival. They said they can't wait for check out.

Good old and well established place in Mathura for celebrating and arranging wedding or other functions. Located on near to the highway itself. They also operates as a hotel and have quite comfortable and well maintained rooms. The parking may become cause of concern for large gatherings. One more thing that the maintenance of rest rooms needs bit improvement.

We had a very bad experiance while staying here. Below are the reasons. 1. Rooms size was ok but not clean enough. 2. Drinking water was not provided upon request they provide normal water in a jug. 3. Rooms having the mosquitos after asking several times they gave the allout. 4. Very low quality blanket was provided which was not enough to cover 2 person and that blanket is also very low quality not recomended for 12 degree temp. 5. Gyser was shared between 2 bathroom so if you want to take shower with hot water you need to depend on other person if room. 6. Bath towels provided upon request that too very low quality. 7. No bath soap and shampoo provided, upon asking for the same we got the 10 Rs lifeboy soap. 8. No breakfast although it was mentioned while booking.

Mukund resort also provide space for marriage purpose for that it is the worst place.....they have tied up with different vendors for catering, decorations etc. They will not allow you to opt for other vendor and their vendors charge inappropriate amount which is much higher than the market prevailing price....If you will opt for Per plate system they will maintain the entire program nicely and cleanly and if you not they are not gonna help you and people will blame one another for the same. Hotel is Good Staff is new but really fully mannered Only the property its little old so need to maintain it well washroom taps shower and gyser in really poor cindition also due to some technical issue their tv is not working at all also their rooms curtains are dusty even the bedsheets and blankets too still wish you a good stay ahead thank you

No Oyo at this location. Please don't visit . I book online but when I visited then watchman said Oyo has been closed before one year. No rooms available and also money deducted from account.

Place was good for family/friends/get together, their you can find both the verity of food veg and non-veg.
