Hotel Nova Inn

Rooms are neat & clean and specious. Stay for 2 nights. The staff is also supportive. Also they allowe to do birthday or anniversary celebration in a room we have celebrated. But one minus point is they accept only cash payment.

Neat and clean rooms. Service is also good. Location is very near to railway station and other temples nearby. However limited ola or rikshaw facilities nearby. Radhe Radhe

This is such a useless property which is not reliable and worth. The details shown on internet is fake and service is extremely horrible and unexpected. I suggest not to visit and stay in this hotel. My guests suffered a lot and suddenly tariff price hiked for no reason. Kindly don't fell for the commitment made by the booking fraud staffs.

Its Pathetic Hotel and Most Important Services : Hotel Nova Inn Do Not Let our Guest Check in And sent Our Guest to Some Other Hotel - Hotel Nova Blue. It was Pathetic in Condition with Bathroom Size Rooms. And When I informed the same to Hotelier they were ridiculous and didn't cooperate at all. Thats How They do Serve Guests. I REPEAT : DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. THEY HAVE ZERO SENSE OF SERVING GUEST. ESPECIALLY TRAVEL OPERATOR DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR GUEST ELSE YOU WILL REGRET

The extra bed that they provide is harder than a rock, highly not recommended to take extra bed here. Overall good location, decent restaurant although they take 30 mins to prepare simple poha. Good for few days stay if you are 2 people.

Room is good however bathroom bit stinks need to take care... Room boy Akash is very good kudos to him... Overall recommend stay

I have never experienced such Pathetic service. Had to stay coz we wanted to crash for a night, checked in late. Washroom flush had some issue. More of, pathetic atitude of staff especially Dinesh Thakur. Who rather than understanding the matter was okay to not resolve the situation with a statement- 'what can I do!' WONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL

Excellent stay! The staff was pretty helpful. The service was prompt! The rooms were standard! Enjoyed our stay!
