Totally awful. First of all, when we arrived, we were informed that the owner had sold the hotel the day before. Then they told us that if we wanted to stay, we would have to need to pay the charges again. So, not only did we pay when we initially booked, but we also had to pay again. Moreover, they claim it's the 'best' hotel in Mathura--I would rename it the WORST HOTEL IN EXISTENCE.
