Worst Experience Choosing this hotel for my mother, was a big mistake. I was misled by the inflated ratings and seemingly positive reviews, which I now suspect may have been paid for. My elderly mother stayed here during a short trip, and it was a disappointing experience from the start. Firstly, the room was lacking basic amenities--there wasn't even a table, and she had to eat her meals on the bed with food served on a piece of plastic. That's unacceptable. Additionally, the geyser control switch was kept under the hotel's control, only turned on upon request. In December, with temperatures dropping to 6 degrees Celsius, it's outrageous that guests have to ask permission for something as fundamental as hot water. Even the pictures they have shown on the portal are fake. They just show the bed as if one would open the door and they would start walking on the bed not the floor. The food was terrible, and after a few days, my mother felt compelled to venture out on her own to find something edible, as outside food wasn't allowed. This is not only frustrating but also concerning for the safety of older guests. Even basic housekeeping services were poorly executed. It seems clear that the staff lacks the necessary skills and knowledge to run a hotel, let alone cater to the needs of elderly guests. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. This entity and its staff are untrustworthy and do not provide the hospitality that guests deserve. Also, the pics shared aren't true. The staff frequently uses the phrase 'Radhey Radhey' while speaking, which feels dishonest given the kind of behaviour and actions they take. They seem more focused on profiting from faith than genuinely representing it. Disgusting!

Worst hotel ,not to suggest to book,we booked it from mmt,they commit stay to continue but reception staff denied at last moment,reception staff Kailash is very errogent and rude and not cooperative and even shout badly.being a lady it is not accepted.

Best Hotel in Mathura. They goos services and they also have good rooms in Affordable prices

Room was not that good as compared to price, reception on night duty was not helpful, it was bad experience
