Hotel Guru Kripa Grand

The hotel property is appealing, but the staff left a lot to be desired. They were impersonal and unwelcoming--no smiles, no warm greetings, and no effort to accommodate requests. The most disappointing experience was on the second day when the breakfast options were limited to just Poha and Paratha. The explanation provided was "high occupancy," which felt like an unreasonable excuse for serving such a minimal breakfast spread. For a hotel charging premium rates, the service and mindset were more akin to that of a budget guesthouse. To top it off, after I checked out, I had to carry my own luggage out as no staff member came forward to assist. There wasn't even a guard at the entrance to hold the door. Overall, the service was far below expectations, especially considering the price point.

Hotel Review - Rooftop Experience on Dhailipyau Road I recently visited this hotel on Dhaulipyau Road for the first time, and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise. I had heard about this place before, but experiencing it firsthand was a delight. From the outside, the building appears quite casual, but as soon as you step inside, the well-designed interior gives it a completely different vibe. The hotel offers rooms as well as a rooftop restaurant with a bar, which adds to the charm. The ambiance on the rooftop is great--perfect for a relaxed evening. What impressed me the most was the food. Every dish I tried was flavorful and well-prepared, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The combination of good food and a great setting makes this place worth visiting. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. A solid 4-star rating from me!

I just wanted to share my beautiful experience with this hotel..absolutely stunning interms of service, higene, quality, ambience and decor...I am a delhities, I have seen the standard this place is maintaining. Strongly recommended once travelling towards mathura opt for this hotel...it's not so much expensive in terms of food and stay...Thanks to the hotel team..really appreciate it

One of the best hotel in mathura region. We used to stay at other hotel in past. But this hotel is way better then others. Every thing is exceptional like interior, food options, service, front dest. Will recommend all to stay there for 5 star hospitality.

Worst hotel ever facilities are good the behaviour of staff and manager is so rude they don't understand your conditions if you want early check in they want extra not only extra , extreme extra money not satisfied
